New Gift Services Added

I've added 2 new gift services at RescuedBooks so that you can give others the thrill of books.

1) Purchase gift certificates in $2, $5, and $15 vouchers. These will be sent via email.

2) Gift wrapping service for books. These can be ordered for each book.

I will change the navigation so that these services can be accessed easily from the menu, but for now, you can see the new, updated customer care page here.
