Navigation Updated - 2 New Pages Added

I've added 2 new pages at RescuedBooks:

1) Customer Care
This page includes information on shipping, contests, ratings, gift services, coupons and vouchers, payment, privacy policy, and others.

2) Site Map
This is a complete directory of every page in the RescuedBooks site

The navigation menu has been changed so that these pages can be accessed easily.
